At Ditchingham W.I. meeting at 2.30 pm on 13 February held at The Village Hall we had an eye-opening, informative talk, slides & many stories by Mr Paul Strutt, a volunteer, himself, of NARS, Norfolk Accident Rescue Service, a voluntary emergency medical charity. They are dispatched by the ambulance service to the most serious & life-threatening incidents & called out to around 300 serious incidents every year. They have no government funding & rely on donations & fund raising.
Our next meeting is on March 13th. Brian Hedge - From Bungay to Norwich
