Three years ago I took over as President of Ditchingham WI, with a possibility of eight members, no money and a new Treasurer who had only been a member for nine months. Now we have a healthy bank balance and membership of 25. At our January 2013 meeting we had seven new members . This year, Ditchingham WI will be 95 years old - one of the oldest in Norfolk. Perhaps this is a positive story for WI's that are struggling.
